FULL TIME Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing bike retail store. This role is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a passionate team within a fast-paced cycling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer experience
Lead, train, and motivate retail and workshop staff
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
Coordinate workshop workflow and ensure efficient service turnaround times
Implement merchandising strategies and promotional activities
Maintain strong product knowledge across bikes, parts, and accessories
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
About You:
Proven experience in retail management (cycling industry experience highly regarded)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercially minded with a focus on sales growth and profitability
Passion for cycling and the bike industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Full-Time Bike Mechanic
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Bike Mechanic to join our workshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about all things cycling.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bike builds, servicing, and repairs to a high standard
Diagnose mechanical issues across a wide range of bikes (MTB, road, e-bike, commuter)
Manage workshop workflow to ensure efficient turnaround times
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Assist with parts ordering and inventory management
Support the retail team with technical product knowledge when required
About You:
Proven experience as a bike mechanic (formal qualification highly regarded)
Strong technical knowledge of modern bike systems, including drivetrains, suspension, and hydraulic brakes
Experience working with e-bikes (desirable)
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for cycling and the industry

Have you dreamed of working in the bike industry? We are sure you have! Add to that an epic location with amazing people, food, mountains, scenery, trails, rivers… the list goes on! Well, we have a job for you. All Terrain Cycles is on the lookout for casual staff for the upcoming season in the High Country Experience in the bike industry and/or a experience working with bikes is preferable, but mostly we are looking for someone who is dedicated, passionate, organised and a great communicator to join the team. Roles include bike mechanics and sales staff, bike guides to help our customers experience the joy of bike riding in one of the most beautiful locations around.
Position locations vary between Mansfield and Bright, so you will need to live in the region. But we are open to hearing from people keen to make the tree-change.
